BRIEF SCHEDULE
We start on Wednesday March 17th, 2010 with a full day – Check-in and Continental Breakfast start at 7:00AM followed by our general session at 8:00AM. The afternoon will feature workshops. And at 6:00PM we host our Welcome Cocktail Reception.

Thursday is a full day of meetings from 7:00AM until 6:00PM. Ending with our wine tasting and presentation with Andres Rosberg of Argentina.

Friday is a half day of meetings from 7:00AM until noon followed by our Charity Golf Event. In the evening is our Chairman Circle Reception.

Saturday is our last day with general session from 7:00AM-5:30PM ending with our farewell cocktail party from 6:00PM-7:00PM.

Friday March 19, 2010-Noon until 5:30PM ~ The Oxford Club and Investment U Third Annual Charity Golf Tournament with our top speakers to be held at The Grand Golf Club. This event will be a benefit to the Children's Clinic in Nicaragua. Hotel Pricing ~ Our negotiated group rates are as follows:

  • Run of House – US $249.00 single or double per night (Additional persons are $50.00 each using existing bedding).

These rates are subject to the appropriate state, local and any occupancy taxes in effect at the time of the Group's meeting. Taxes are subject to change without notice. Current breakdown of taxes are as follows:

  • Ten and one half percent (10.5%) occupancy tax
  • Two percent (2%) San Diego Tourism Marketing District Assessment

The “cut-off date” for accepting reservations is Monday, February 15, 2010. Reservation requests beyond the contracted guarantee as well as reservation requests received after 5:00pm local time on February 15, 2010 will be honored at the group room rate, provided the hotel has group rooms available for sale. A one-night deposit will be charged to each individual at the time the reservation is made

  • Hotel check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

  • The Grand Del Mar does not guarantee specific room type availability on Run of House. Requests will be accommodated to the best of the Hotel’s ability.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received prior to December 1, 2009 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received on or before February 27, 2010, will receive a full refund minus a US $100 fee per person. After February 27, 2009, your tuition is non-refundable but will be applied toward any future Oxford Club World Financial Seminar Event minus a $100 fee.
